I’ve been dancing since I was 7 years old with experience from ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. Dance has always been my passion and I was blessed with the opportunity to dance for the NBA for 2 seasons. I love how at uforia, all different fitness or dance backgrounds can come together and give it their all! There is such a sense of community and it’s always a dance party!
What are your favorite pre/post workout snacks?
Pre workout is always a banana. Post workout – is always a protein smoothie

Traveling, hiking, live music, family and cooking!
