Sarah Kochalko

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life.  From being on sports teams to running half marathons, I’ve always valued the importance of exercise in my daily routine.  I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment, self-confidence, and satisfaction that comes with completing a really challenging workout.  It wasn’t until I tore my ACL in 2014 that I really understood the struggle of recovery and rebuilding strength. Revolutions classes played a big role in helping me regain my physical strength and made me realize how much I love indoor cycling.
