Fitness and movement was introduced to me at an early. From ages 10-18 years old, I studied Kenpo martial arts and concluded my training as a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Simultaneously, during my high school years, I introduced myself to dance as an art form via musical theatre and acting. While receiving foundational skills in jazz, lyrical, tap, and ballet, I focused on developing my skills as a hip hop dancer. I received my B.S. in Human Physiology at Boston University and have 4 years of cumulative experience at fitness & recreation centers, out of an overall 17 years of dance/choreography experience.
