Paul is a certified personal trainer, group fitness coach, and dancer/choreographer. Paul was introduced to dance and fitness at an early age, having learned foundational dance skills by way of musical theatre (jazz, lyrical, and tap) and simultaneously training as a Kenpo martial artist for 10 years. After retiring as a 2nd degree black belt, Paul earned a B.S. in Human Physiology from Boston University and focused on developing his skills as a hip hop dancer, which became an avenue into the fitness and wellness industries. Paul has taught fitness classes in Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco to date.
It is Paul’s belief that you are the expert on your own body and its recovery because you belong to yourself. And guess what? Fitness can be fun too! Paul works with his clients to design an approach that is engaging and joyful, weaving his carefully-curated music playlists and other motivational pieces to tap into your performance in a dynamic, but personal way.
Paul is an SF resident of 10 years by way of Los Angeles, Boston and New Hampshire. He’s obsessed with Beyoncé, revels in The Real Housewives reality TV universe, and loves live music, stand-up comedy, and international travel!
