There’s no better feeling than moving, sweating, and breathing together in the Underground at uforia. We ride together in the saddle and we bring that collective energy with us off the bike into the real world. My goal as an instructor is that you leave my class feeling better than when you walked in, with more strength, empowerment, and gratitude to take on your day and show up for yourself and your community. My hope is that by showing up to class, you’re able to disconnect from the busyness of your mind and tune in to what it feels like to be in your body for 45 minutes. Be ready to dance, work, and groove to the beat of the music because it’s one big sweaty dance party in my class!
Melisa’s uforia story:
My uforia journey started back in 2014 when my injured body was on the search for a new exercise to fill the void from where competitive running used to live in my routine. I found my way to uforia because I loved the beat-based music driven classes and after being a client for a little while I was asked to try out to be an instructor and the rest is history!

I’m a big funk, indie electronic, disco kind of gal. Really any music that makes you want to get up and move. your. bod.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by people who live life with compassion and honesty. Who live each day with gratitude and kindness. And by people who take risks and aren’t afraid to fight for what they believe in.
