I always loved working out but when I started getting into races five years ago, I incorporated group exercise to keep my training diverse and fun. I love when people come together in a workout and have a good time.
What inspires you?
When people give their best – for the community and for themselves!

Obstacle races, all forms of group exercise, dancing and singing to myself in the car, good food (any range $-$$$!), and fun night out
