We are #muted. It’s time to step back, listen and learn. We value community, inclusivity and equality so we will be withholding from our scheduled content until June 7th to join the #amplifymelanatedvoices movement led by @jessicawilson.msrd and @blackandembodied to make more space for black voices to be heard.
We will take this time to continue to listen, learn, educate ourselves and put that work into action to make change. We must end inequality and be the change because #blacklivesmatter

This year, proceeds from Embrace the Sweat will benefit St. Anthony's in San Francisco💙💜 St. Anthony's provides essential support and hope to the San Francisco community. Located in the Tenderloin district, St. Anthony's is guided by their 5 values: healing, community, personalism, justice and gratitude. They serve up to 3,000 meals in their dining room, provide medical care to about 4,600 patients a year, provide education and technology access to over 100 guests and more. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth Mental illness & health have gotten a back rep over the years. Mental illness/disorders are a category of conditions that affects one's mood, thoughts and behavior. Mental health is the physiological wellbeing or absence of mental-illness. Neither are something to be ashamed about, we all have mental health. Our mental health affects how we feel, think, relate to others & handle stress. It's more a strength than a weakness. Mental health is just as important as physical health and needed in all stages of life. Check in with yourself: how are you feeling? Ask for help and remember to check in with others.

😅If you have on makeup, wash your face before you work out. Makeup will clog your pores, especially during good sweaty GRIT or Hip Hop class. ⠀
