I started dancing when I was a kid in Brooklyn, at studios like Restoration, BDC, and Rod Rogers. Ever since then it’s just been an integral part of my life…like brunch…and church. When I was a freshman at college I met a woman who taught me all about juicing and health. THAT was what sparked my love for fitness and healthy living! Here I am today!
