I love uforia because it has the strongest community of any workout class I’ve taken. I’m a masters student at Stanford and work as a teaching assistant in the Earth Systems department. I Row full-time to try and make the US National Team this summer!
What are your favorite pre/post workout snacks?
Perfect Bars (in the refrigerated section at Whole Foods and Sometimes Trader Joe’s), oatmeal, greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon.
How would you describe your music style?
A huge range! I like moderate intensity with a great beat that you can tap into; it makes the high intensity songs have more punch for me when they come on.
