Rockstar CiCi dishes on how she got into dance, her love for rock climbing, & her favorite songs to WERK to.
My mom enrolled me in Chinese traditional dance and ballet classes when I was really little. This started a lifelong love for dancing and over time I’ve tried many different styles while dancing on school teams and for commercial dance companies. After trying many different styles of dance, my favorite is Hip Hop because I like the bold, powerful moves.

What do you do in your spare time?
I like to keep busy. In my spare time I love rock-climbing, hiking, trail running, skiing, movies, exploring the city!
Where do you find your uforia?
I find my uforia when I’m moving my body. Whether it’s dancing or rock climbing, I love anything that makes me feel strong, energetic, and positive.
What are your favorite pre/post workout snacks?
My pre workout snack is water and post workout snacks is a lot more water! I can’t workout with food in my stomach and it normally takes me a while to feel hungry after a workout. Plus, it’s a great way to hydrate!
